Shipping Policy

Shipping your new windows is easy with Window e-Store. For our West Coast customers please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for replacement, retrofit, or new construction windows.  For our Midwest and East coast customers please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery on replacement windows and 3-5 weeks on new construction windows.  Very large windows or windows with specialty grid patterns, specialty colors, or specialty glass packages could result in a longer lead time.  Your new vinyl windows will be delivered to the Window E-store distribution warehouse closest to your zip code. If the final delivery point is within 65 miles of the distribution warehouse and you’d like your windows to be delivered, they will be loaded onto our delivery truck and delivered to your home for a flat fee of $150.00 regardless of how many windows you ordered! If the final delivery point is between 66 and 130 miles from our distribution warehouse they can be delivered for a flat fee of $400.00 regardless of the number of windows you ordered!

You have the option of picking up the windows at the distribution warehouse at no charge. Assistance in loading the windows onto your trailer or vehicle will be provided at the distribution warehouse. All final point deliveries will be handled through our distribution warehouse. The distribution warehouse will contact you via the phone number(s) you provide to us and will arrange a convenient time for delivery. The customer must be present at time of delivery.

Window Installation

Upon request your new windows will come with an American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) list of certified installers in your area. If you are interested in having your new windows installed just contact them, get a quote and set a time for installation. It’s that easy! Installation usually costs between $150.00 -$250.00 per window opening depending on how difficult the installation might be and the installation company you choose to hire. Installation prices could be higher or lower. It’s always best to have the installation companies inspect your job prior to providing you with an installation quote. Be sure to get a list of references from the installation companies you’re considering and check them out.

Return Policy

Please note: All custom orders must be paid for in advance, and all custom order sales are final. Any product purchased that is delivered damaged or found to be defective through no fault of the customer will be repaired or replaced by Window e-Store at no cost to the customer.
